Ms. Anjali Iyer is an Advocate and Solicitor practicing in Singapore for over 25 years. She was formerly a partner with Drew & Napier and Allen & Gledhill before starting her own law firm in 2000.
She is also a practicing solicitor in England & Wales, Tuvalu and the Republic of Kiribati. Her areas of expertise are maritime and aircraft registration and finance and company law. She is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and sits on its Management Committee. She holds a Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance awarded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She co-authored the Singapore section of “Ship Finance” published by Euromoney, authored various articles in legal journals and is the Singapore correspondent for the International Maritime Law published by Lawtext and International Energy Law & Taxation Review published by Sweet & Maxwell. Ms Iyer is both a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public in Singapore.
